A platform is only as good as its last month of releases. Highlights from 2026 — every entry is live in production today, running 5,500+ miners across 32 farm sites.
In-browser Remote Desktop + a unified Remote Access hub
Open the full live Windows desktop of any farm control PC right in your browser — no TeamViewer, AnyDesk, VPN or download. A colour-coded Remote Access hub shows every farm ready to connect; multiple technicians can share the exact same live session (watch an operator work, or take the mouse to help), with clipboard sync between your PC and the farm, one-click "enable remote desktop", saved credentials, and a full access log with live participants. Login and lock screens work too.
Enterprise-grade farm agent: signed, self-healing, self-updating
The single per-site agent is now Authenticode code-signed through a cloud HSM (provably genuine, tamper-evident), self-heals via boot + watchdog tasks, and self-updates the whole fleet only after a SHA-256 hash check over strict TLS with central rollback. Its private path to the cloud is a userspace secure overlay — no Tailscale, no kernel driver, no admin rights. Plus instant mains-power/internet outage detection (it catches the farm PC switching to UPS battery and alerts in seconds), automatic ethernet-over-SIM uplink failover, and per-site uplink speed tests.
BI Search, parts store & field operations
A cross-fleet BI Search box spanning miners, farms, tickets and clients (with the numbers behind the answer); an in-app parts store to order the exact replacement part from the miner that needs it; warehouse stock and inter-site shipment tracking; field-operator task checklists with time-stamped photo proof and water-cooling logs; client expense tracking, document repository, power & issue analytics; and login-free shareable links for a live power-consumption report or a support ticket.
AI load balancing
The electrical map grew a brain: map every miner to its breaker and PDU, watch live amps, kW and est. kWh per cable, and let the balance engine suggest exact miner moves — "move this S19 from B3 / PDU-2 (96%) to B7 / PDU-4 (31%)" — applied in one click. Every circuit under the 80% rule, no tripped rows.
Transparent pricing + self-serve company signup
Public pricing page (Free / Pro $0.40 per miner, everything included) and 30-second company signup with Google — create a tenant, install the agent, see your fleet. No sales call.
White-label custom domains
Hosting providers can now run the full platform under their own domain and branding — server-side brand injection, branded login pages, per-company theming.
Crypto payments with auto-reconciliation
Payment links for client invoices (BTC and major coins) with webhook reconciliation, automatic monthly billing and configurable service suspension for non-payment.
Plan tiers, client team accounts & support messenger
Capability-based plan enforcement in the backend, sub-accounts for client teams, ownership-scoped hardware/IP/farm/pool history for clients, and threaded support chat.
Invoice-grade external billing API
Hosting partners pull invoice-quality uptime and billing data through an authenticated external API — plus per-key pool-change control for partner integrations.
Pre-invoice integrity audit + farm environment history
Automated billing audit catches double-billing, spec drift and unit errors before invoices go out. Farm detail pages gained downtime timelines and indoor-vs-outdoor climate history.
The big operations drop
Automated SLA uptime credits, live per-miner profitability (revenue vs. power cost at live coin prices), per-farm electrical breaker map with live amp strain, hashboard RMA/repair lifecycle tracking, natural-language fleet search, ticket-backlog analytics, and an installable mobile PWA with push alerts.
Platform self-monitoring
A watchdog that monitors the monitor: detects stalled scanners, bots, data pipelines or tunnels and surfaces them on a System Health dashboard before customers notice.
Failure prediction & fleet health
Per-miner degradation tracking with hashboard failure prediction, brand-aware deep hardware tests (Antminer stock/Vnish, WhatsMiner, IceRiver, Avalon), live error-log analysis, bulk IP management with per-miner history, and live farm alerts.
AI maintenance ticketing + trigger engine
The AI bot that diagnoses telemetry faults, opens tickets with the failing component identified, and dispatches technicians — now paired with an automation trigger engine for temperature, power and offline events. 19,700+ tickets processed to date.
