About

Software company. Any facility. Every chip.

MinersMe Cloud is a standalone software product: fleet monitoring, per-chip diagnostics, failure prediction, electrical telemetry, and hosting-client billing for ASIC mining operations. It is sold worldwide on public per-miner pricing — to independent farms running their own facilities, to hosting providers serving their own clients, and to everyone in between.

Deployment is self-serve: create a company account, install the farm agent inside your facility's network, and your fleet appears in the console. Your miners, your facility, your data — the software works the same whether your machines sit in Texas, Norway, Paraguay or the UAE.

5,500+miners under management

The ecosystem behind the software

MinersMe operates across the entire mining stack, and every property is public and verifiable:

Why the software exists — the honest version

Years of operating farms, hosting halls and a pool produced a specific list of scars: breakers that tripped with zero warning; hashboards that died silently at 3 AM; a worker quietly re-pointed to a stranger's wallet (we saw it from the pool side); invoices disputed line by line; maintenance tickets rotting in group chats; and five different tools, none of which covered the whole job. We did years of R&D against those failures — studying degradation patterns chip by chip, breaker loads amp by amp — and built our answer feature by feature: the electrical map, failure prediction, pool verification, telemetry-grade billing with SLA credits, AI ticketing, one console. First for ourselves, then for our hosting clients, and now for any operation worldwide.

Built by operators, not just developers

The platform was built and battle-tested running real production mining sites before it was ever sold as software. That's why it obsesses over the things spreadsheet-built tools miss: breaker strain before the trip, hashboard degradation before the failure, the maintenance ticket that files itself with the faulty board already identified, and invoices that survive an audit.

The MinersMe group also operates hosting infrastructure (minersme.com) — and that's precisely why the software's tenant isolation is architectural, not contractual: every query is scoped server-side to your tenant, a continuous watchdog audits isolation, and white-label deployments run under your own domain. Your fleet layout, pools and telemetry are never visible to anyone but you.

What we believe

Fleet software should carry no dev-fee on your hashrate, no "contact sales" wall in front of the price, and no lock-in to anyone's facility — including ours. One flat per-miner price, published openly, billed only for miners that actually ran.
